It's feel like home staying in Mugundan. Rooms very neat and clean with ACs. Specially the hall room got every thing. You can cook,you can watch TV. Anytime RO machine is there to get pure water. A big parking space for more than 10 to 12 cars. The staff very nice, very polite. Lift very neat and good weight capacity. Overall a very good experience, will recommend to visit again and again.

One of the best serviced apartments I had come across! The cleanliness has been highly mainatined by the staffs! Very cost effective as it includes free wifi centralized AC 2 bedrooms hall and kitchen and being located at the heart of the city making it easily accessible to Many things! Recently, i stayed here along with my friends and we had a very nice stay. The apartment and the toilet were very neat and clean. The apartment is decked with most amenities - RO, fridge, kettle and basics kitchen utensils, washing machine, dining table, wifi, sofa and a TV. The rooms and hall were all air conditioned. Also, the people there were really polite and accommodating too. They also have a parking space to park our cars. Definitely recommend!
